We are proud that we have successfully completed the transformation of Dralda House, from two story office building adding a rear airspace extension. The property now features 70 student accommodations, each meticulously designed to provide comfort and style. Additionally, we have added a lovely game bar in the undercroft, creating a welcoming and vibrant space for the residents.
Furthermore, I am pleased to announce the completion of the renovation of Gong House. As a building with a rich history spanning 500 years, Gong House holds a special place in our hearts. It is now restored to its former glory, showcasing its unique architectural heritage while offering modern amenities for its occupants.
